This case study is based on a Confidential Unnamed Project on “Harman – A Samsung Company”.
Case Study Brief:
- “Project Desktop” and “Project Mobile” belong to Digital Program
- “Project Analytics” belong to Analytics Program
- All 3 projects belong to Customer Experience Portfolio
- Resources are fix and have been working in similar projects for the past 3 years
- None of the work is dependent on each other
- There are 4 sprints and it has been planned from Release Plan Baseline that each sprint team should be delivering 25% of the entire release scope
- All Projects belong to Celebrations release
- Next tabs show where each team is standing on their progress after the completion of sprint 3 and start of sprint 4
- Contents of user stories are very generic, that being said avoid trying to understand their meanings
- Epics are the main functional slices that business is very interested to see the progress
- All estimations are done in story points. Story point definitions have the same meaning across all projects
- First start in this tab then navigate to Project Tabs and finally navigate to Case Study Questions
- Average historical velocities of all 3 teams have been 40 points
- Definition of Done = Dev Complete+ QA Complete+ PO Accepted
